where Innkeepers Peter and Charlotte Ott are devoted to making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Nestled in the scenic village of Ashland, New Hampshire, our lovingly restored 1895 Victorian B&B offers a peaceful and elegant setting for your New England escape. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a quiet retreat, we’re here to make your visit truly unforgettable.

We kindly require a two-night minimum stay. However, if you need special consideration or are seeking a one-night stay, please feel free to contact us directly at (978) 884-6334.

Policies

 •Check-In time between 3:00 pm and 7pm

  •All reservations must be with a credit card

  •All rates based on double occupancy.

  •Should you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you  will be charged the rate of the rate of one room night.
