Policies:

• Check-In time after 3:00 p.m. (special arrangements are fine)
• Check-Out time 10:30 a.m.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by advance payment of one night’s lodging by either credit card or check.
• All rates based on double occupancy.
• Range $115-$135 per night (plus 8% New Hampshire Lodging Tax)
• Should you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and one room night.  If we are able to rebook your room, we will send you a gift certificate for one room night for your future use.
• Owners’ cats and dog on property (only in owners’ quarters)
• We offer Military, AAA and AARP discounts on stays of 2 or more days.
